A family-friendly 5K route with colour stations along the way!
Sizzling BBQ & refreshing drinks at the finish.
Wear comfy shoes and white clothes – the brighter the better once the colour starts flying!

ROUTE DESCRIPTION:
The 5K Colour Run starts and finishes at Stowmarket Football Club, offering a multi-terrain route that combines scenic countryside views with vibrant colour zones for a fun and energetic experience.
Route Highlights
Multi-Terrain Pathways: The route features a mix of grass, dirt trails, and a short section alongside a busy road. U12s must be supervised at all times.
Colour Zones: Bright, non-toxic powder showers participants at various points, each zone featuring a unique color.
Stile Crossing: Includes a stile, making the course unsuitable for buggies or wheelchairs.
Finish Line Celebration
The event ends back at the football club with a sizzling BBQ, and refreshing drinks to celebrate your colourful achievement!
ENTRY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Non-Toxic Paint: The powder is safe, but goggles are advised for eye protection.
Clothing: Clothes and trainers may be permanently stained – wear items you don’t mind getting colorful!
All participants enter at their own risk, and the organisers are not responsible for any injury or loss.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
The use of buggies, wheelchairs, or similar equipment is not permitted due to terrain and obstacles.
Participants should wear appropriate clothing and footwear for multi-terrain conditions.
By entering, participants agree to be photographed for promotional purposes.
