Our classes are designed especially for older adults of all abilities, offering a relaxed, social space to get moving and feel great. We offer a feel-good fusion of styles inspired by all kinds of themes: 70s disco, ballet, jazz, line-dancing - and your suggestions are always welcome! You can join in seated or standing, and go at your own pace to reach your own personal best. And after the dancing? We wind down with a well-earned cuppa and biscuit - because being social is just as important as staying active!
