The world is seeing a resurgence of interest in the healing powers of Light and Colour. While many mainstream scientists still regard this as 'pseudo-science', there is a growing number of professionals studying the impacts of colour and light on physical, mental and emotional well-being. As an example, there are very positive results being recorded using green light for migraine sufferers, and finding that red light impacts a variety of functional body processes.


In this talk, Julie will explore some of the powerful effects of both light and colour (as specific wavelengths of light), as well as the concepts of 'Light Codes' and how these intersect with Sacred Geometry.

Julie has been a Colour therapist for almost 30 years, and has incorporated a deep understanding of colour into both physical bodywork as well as some of her energy work practices - and now has a beautiful overlap with essential oils and colour frequencies/associations!
