Restorative Yoga & Nidra with Melanie

Restorative Yoga is designed to restore the nervous system, to help reduce stress, and improve sleep through very gentle and restful poses that are supported by bolsters and other props. This restorative yoga session will conclude with the practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation practice to explore inner peace. Practice deep relaxation in the body while still meditatively aware in the mind - similar to falling asleep.

Please bring 2-3 blankets/large towels and a pillow. The studio has all other items available to borrow free of charge.
