Greenspire Apartments Renovation Celebration & Ribbon Cutting

We will be offering tours of an apartment home and our new permaculture gardens.

During the event, you will learn about:

• The Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP), a transformative project funded by the Inflation Reduction Act and led by HUD. This initiative empowers Greenspire to pursue the prestigious Zero Energy Certification through the International Living Future Institute.
• How applying the design principles and ethics of permaculture to establish an urban food forest can enhance the resilience of urban neighborhoods.
