Foundations First: Postpartum Workshop

Join Dr. Sarah for this 45-minute postpartum workshop focusing on the foundations of reintegrating movement following pregnancy & birth. This includes supportive movement for rebuilding strength where it matters most: core, back, hips, + more. To create a calm and supportive space, we kindly ask that babies / children stay at home. This time is for you, to reconnect, rebuild, and be present. Thank you for understanding!
