Let's Wonder as we Wander- First Day Hike

With a new year comes new habits—and how about a habit of mindfulness?

This ranger-guided walk will be all about Intention. It will be approximately 1 mile long, with lots of stops to focus on breathing, awareness, and relaxation. Stopping and enjoying the journey will help us decompress and reconnect with nature, reminding us that Life’s Better Outside!
