Free Friday Muay Thai & Boxing Class – Open to Everyone

This Friday, Dalong Martial Arts is hosting a free Muay Thai and Boxing/Kickboxing class, and everyone is welcome to join.
Adults, beginners, and experienced students — this class is for you.

It’s one full hour of movement, pads, technique, and fun.
