Weekly Yoga Class with Instructor Mary

Looking for a midweek reset? Join us for Yoga with Mary, a weekly wellness experience that helps you unplug from stress and reconnect with your body and breath. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this class is intentionally designed for all levels and all bodies.

Led by certified instructor Mary, each session includes:

• Guided breathwork to ground your energy
• Gentle stretching to release tension
• Strength-building flows to activate your body
• Mindful movement to improve flexibility and focus
• A peaceful wind-down to leave you feeling centered and recharged
