Save Yourself Experience Reflections Hike

Join us for a soulful morning of movement, reflection, and community as we hike the beautiful Arabia Mountain Trail in support of the upcoming Save Yourself: The Self Love Experience 2026. This guided hike is more than just steps on a path—it’s a journey inward.

We’ll take a scenic and moderately easy trail through the unique landscape of Arabia Mountain, known for its stunning granite outcrops, wildflowers, and peaceful views. Along the way, you’ll be encouraged to reflect, breathe, and connect—with nature, with self, and with each other.

At the end of the hike, we’ll gather for a grounding journaling session focused on personal growth, release, and intention-setting.

• Trail Difficulty: Easy to moderateApprox. 2–3 miles roundtrip, mostly flat with some gentle inclines
• Time Commitment: Around 2.5–3 hours including hiking and reflection
• What to Bring:
• • Water bottle
  • Journal and pen
  • Something to sit on for journaling (yoga mat, towel, or small cushion)
  • Comfortable hiking shoes and breathable clothing

This is a fundraising event and your $20 donation will go directly toward making Save Yourself 2026 a transformational and accessible self-love conference for our community.
