a Sound Bath supported with Somatic Movement and Breath

Welcome, attendees and new-comers! My name is Chelsea, and I'll be facilitating this embodiment class. Please read.

FIRST OF ALL - Parking is free and easily accessible right in front of the building. If there is no more parking available in our parking lot, you may park next door (if facing the building, to the left) at the white building.

What to bring: Please bring a mat, blankets, pillows, and journal. Mats and blankets are also available at Harbor of Dreams Art.

What to expect: Doors open at 11:30. I recommend you come early to make sure you get a spot and use the restroom before we get started at 12. As you make your way inside, you'll come straight to the back of the building into a big open room where you'll see my instruments set up. John or I will be there to greet you. You can find a spot to setup anywhere in the room that feels fitting for you with your mat, blankets, and pillows.

What we'll be doing: I'll invite you to lay or sit in a comfortable position and together we'll explore some light Breathwork (15 min), Vocal Toning (sound expression), Somatic Practices (light body movement), and a Sound Bath (crystal quartz singing bowls). I'll take you step by step of the whole process and make sure we're all on the same page.
