🧸 TEDDY BEARS PICNIC 🧸
Longton Community Partnership will be taking part in the Centenary Carnival at Longton Park, an event that is being organised by Queens Park Partnership and Urban Wilderness CIC
🧸 We will be holding our very own Teddy Bears picnic and other teddy themed activities throughout the day.
🧸 To join in with our Teddy Bears Picnic simply bring your favourite Teddy and your own picnic. 🥪🧁🧃
📆 Sunday 10th August
⏰️ 11am - 3pm
📍 Longton Park - near the playground
🧸 What to expect:
⏰️ 11am - Book and Prize Tombola
⏰️12 noon - Story telling about Teddies and Chatter time
⏰️1pm Teddy Bears Picnic
✨ Throughout the day adults and children can show off their teddies.
🧸If you've got an old teddy tucked away somewhere it would be great to dig it out and bring it along. We'd love to find the oldest Teddy in The Potteries!
🤝 This event will also give you the chance to meet members of Longton Community Partnership (LCP) and find out who we are, what we do and see our planned events programme for 2025/2026.
🌻 You'll also get to hear about the Head Gardener at Bloomin' Longton - Bloomin' Ted 🧸
So, gather your family, friends and teddies. Pack your picnics and we'll see you on Saturday 10th August in Longton Park.
