Flavours on Fire – An Island Pizza Party

Guided by the artisanal Pizza Chef at Stoked Bakehouse in New Glasgow, each guest will step into the heart of our open kitchen to handcraft their own wood-fired pizza—from stretching the dough to thoughtfully selecting toppings that highlight PEI’s finest seasonal ingredients.

As pizzas bake to perfection in the flames, guests will enjoy a guided, communal dining experience, served family-style and paired with rustic charm and warmth.

This is more than a meal—it’s a showcase of local flavour, laughter, and the traditions that make PEI unforgettable. Come curious, come hungry, and come ready to get stoked!

Additional Courses Include:

•Signature Wood-Fired Dips served with house-baked bread and chips at each table
