Alternatives to Violence Basic Workshop

The Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) Basic Workshop is an experiential, participant-centered training designed to strengthen communication skills and provide practical tools for transforming conflict. Rather than lectures or presentations, the workshop uses interactive activities, guided discussions, and real-life scenarios to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

No prior experience is required. The workshop is appropriate for adults seeking to enhance leadership abilities, strengthen relationships, and contribute to more peaceful workplaces and communities.

Light breakfast food and coffee and snacks are provided. Pizza will be provided for lunch the first day, potluck style the second. Feel free to bring food for yourself or to share. Donation for food items is welcomed.
