Reiki Level 1

Join us for a comprehensive 2 day course learning traditional Usui Reiki.

You will learn:

The History of Reiki.
The 5 Reiki Principles.
Self-healing hand positions.
Hand positions and seated Reiki.
Contra-indications.
The Law of Vibration and how Reiki works.
How to incorporate Reiki into your daily life.
The Hatsurei Ho meditation technique.
How to use Reiki on yourself, family and friends.

You will:

Start a Reiki journal.
Receive 3 attunements.
Take part in meditation and self-reflection.
Have plenty of time for Reiki share and practice.
Receive a comprehensive handbook and certificate.
Meet like-minded people and make new friends.
Receive ongoing support and access to regular Reiki share groups.

£200 per person.

I am also happy to welcome any lapsed students who may have learnt Reiki some years ago and would like a refresher to get up to date.
