Description:
Join Mike & Sarah for a blissful Yin Yoga & Sound Healing event. Mike will guide you through a Yin Yoga practice that is deeply nourishing & restorative using the support of props such as bolsters & blocks. Then Sarah will be using the magical alchemy of crystal healing bowls that will support you to relax deeply & will recharge your mind, body & soul.

This event is suitable for all levels (including absolute beginners)

PLEASE NOTE: Sound Healing is not suitable for the 1st trimester of pregnancy & for those with a pacemaker. All bookings for this event are non-refundable & non-transferable. If you are unable to join us you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend.
