SMA Annual Art Exhibition

It’s not long now until our 56th annual art exhibition. It will include original paintings (framed and unframed), sculptures and cards. Members’ work covers a wide range of styles and should be of interest to everyone from fans of realism, impressionism through to abstract. This year’s exhibition has lots of exciting opportunities to look at not only the artworks, but also to view sketchbooks and watch the members giving art demonstrations throughout all three days.

The exhibition will be at Marple Methodist Church SK6 7AY on Friday 16th May 5pm-9pm, Saturday 17th May 10am-6pm and Sunday 18th May 12.30pm-4.30pm. All are welcome, with free admission, disabled access and refreshments provided by the church's community Seed Cafe.

SMA members will be there throughout the exhibition to chat about the art on display and the society.
