Pregnancy Yoga & Active Birth

Designed to support you through your pregnancy journey and prepare you for an empowered and beautiful birth experience. Ran alternating each week you will meet both Meg and Helen.

Each class will offer a practice that will help ease pregnancy aches and symptoms, bring relaxation and confidence, and prepare your body for your birthing day.
