❤️Postnatal Support Sessions for Mums❤️
Take a moment away from the chaos of the early stages of motherhood, and join me and up to six mums, for an opportunity to talk, listen, and be supported as you find your way through the early days with your newborn.

What's included:

- A welcome space to talk or simply listen
- Honest conversations and emotional support
- Meet other local mums with babies, and of course babies are welcome
- Sit with a fresh pastry and a hot drink
- Led by Helen - a qualified Doula and Mindful Breastfeeding Practitioner
