Postnatal - mum and baby yoga classes - 4 week course

Mondays from the 9th June 11-12.15pm

This class is suitable from 8 weeks postpartum, following your GP check, until your little one is on the move.

Take a pause just for you — and your little one, of course 💛

This gentle, welcoming class is all about helping you reconnect with your body, ease aches and tension, build strength from the inside out, and find moments of calm in the whirlwind of early motherhood.

Expect nourishing movement, pelvic floor support, soothing breathwork, and a chance to rest (yes, really!). Babies are welcome just as they are — no need for them to be “settled” — feeds, changes, and cuddles all part of the flow.
