The ‘Breath of Life’ training will help you discover simple breathwork techniques that can progress onto the deeply therapeutic and awakening practice of Pranayama. This practice animates the life force flowing through the energetic pathways of your body.
The awakening of this subtle force when directed inwards can lead us towards the potential and true greatness of our being, beyond the limited conditioned self. This is the state of 'Yoga' described in Patanjali's sutras: a deep meditative state of 'being' not doing
HOW IS OUR TRAINING UNIQUE?
This training is grounded in 100 years of research from the world renowned yogic institute Kaivalayadhama India, founded by Swami Kuvalayananda. It was here that both Gandhi and Krishnamacharya sought guidance on their own yoga journeys. Vicki Shields is a direct student of Sri OP Tiwari, disciple of Swami Kuvalayananda.

FULL TRAINING COSTS:
~ £350 for all three weekends
~ £95 for one single weekend (to see if the full training is a fit)
WHERE AND WHEN?
This 40-hours workshop takes place over 3 weekends throughout the year, running Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am - 2:30pm in-person in Manchester. You can attend a single weekend or combine 3 consecutive weekends to gain the full 40-hour Yoga Alliance Professionals further training certification and earn CPD hours.
