Arts and Health Week 2025

Discover the benefits of creativity for your mental health during #ArtsAndHealthWeek2025, from October 6th – 12th!

We’re inviting anyone and everyone to take part this year, with free activities and resources both online and in person. From October 1st we’ll share 3 of our favourite creative wellbeing activities. They’re tried and tested and can be used not only by individuals wanting to try something different to feel better, but also by schools, businesses, community groups and healthcare providers to promote good mental health within their workspaces.
