Whether you’re curious about starting your yoga journey or looking to take your practice to the next level, our courses will suit you.

YIN YOGA a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating postures that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles (3-5min).

Yin Yoga poses allow gentle stretching of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.
