Core Energetics Exploration Lab is a FREE event for everyone who is curious about Core Energetics, Self Development, New Experiences, Connection and Community. We start our Fridays together with fika/ tea before playfully diving into the world of Core and the exploration of the field through individual, paired and group exercises.
You are welcome to join us for just one Friday or all of them. Whatever is to your liking. The only thing we ask for is to register beforehand and to cancel in time (at least 24h beforehand) so we can offer your slot to someone else as space is limited.

About Core Energetics
Core Energetics is a therapeutic approach that integrates bodywork, psychotherapy, and spiritual development to help individuals release blocked energy and heal emotional wounds. It views the body as a vessel for emotional and energetic expression, encouraging participants to access their core selves through physical movement and emotional processing. By addressing both physical and emotional energy, Core Energetics aims to promote personal transformation, greater self-awareness and to foster aliveness.
About Ola
Ola is a trained therapist that guides his clients through emotional release to higher levels of body intelligence, relaxation, sexual awareness, life energy and purpose as well as the freedom that only deep self-knowledge can provide.
About Fehu
Fehu is a trained and certified body-psychotherapist who leads her clients forward into the depths of their own being through movement, sound and full self expression, honing awareness while restoring aliveness and connection to their
most authentic self.

Core Workshop Series
Core Energetics Workshop 3 - Boundaries
Date - 3rd of May
Time - 10:00- 13:00

Boundaries: A Journey to Strength and Aliveness
Boundaries are the bridge between self and other - the space where we honor our truth while staying open to connection. When our boundaries are too rigid, we may feel disconnected or alone. When they are too weak, we may lose ourselves in others. Either way we need our bodies and voice to express ourselves in order to have boundaries.
In this workshop, we explore how our body, energy, and emotions reveal our relationship to our boundaries. Through movement, breath and embodied exercises, are we tuning into our personal space, recognizing where we need to strengthen, soften, or clarify. As we deepen our awareness, we reclaim our power to say yes and no with confidence—creating relationships that are both safe and deeply alive.

Core Energetics Workshop 4 - Trust

Trust: A Path to Courage & Vulnerability
Trust is the foundation of love, connection and self-expression. Yet, trust is often shaped by our past - by moments of hurt, betrayal or abandonment. When trust is broken, we may close our hearts, fear vulnerability and long for more control. Luckily trust can be rebuilt.
In this workshop we explore the ways we hold both trust and mistrust in our bodies and how to be more vulnerable. Through movement, breath and relational exercises we will awaken our capacity to discern, let go of control more and step into life with greater openness.
As we release fear and reconnect with our inner wisdom, we learn to trust ourselves, others, and the greater flow of life.

Core Energetics Workshop 5 - Surrender
Date - 31st of May
Time - 10:00- 17:00

Surrender: A Journey to Freedom & Letting Go
Surrender is not about giving up - it is about opening up and letting go. It is through trust, love and showing us in our humanity and imperfections that we release control on ourselves, soften our defenses and flow with life rather than against it. Yet, surrender can feel vulnerable, especially when past experiences have taught us to hold on rigidly to our patterns, our fears, and the illusion of perfection.
In this workshop we explore what it means to truly let go. Through movement, breath and embodied exercises we tune into the places where we resist surrender and the deeper wisdom that lies beyond resistance and the mask of perfection.
As we open to this experience, we reconnect with our humanity and life’s natural flow. We discover a profound sense of freedom and ease that comes with surrendering to our true authentic selves.
