Celebrate the launch of our brand new release International Queens with a powerful session outdoors in Hagaparken!

Every Flow & Glow release is a fresh set of choreographies and music that we create and drop three times a year to keep our classes feeling exciting, empowering and full of energy.

This one is extra special.

💖 International Queens is a celebration of our diverse, global community. You’ll dance to powerful tracks with music from around the world, all selected to remind you how strong, free and connected you are.

This is a Flow & Glow PoV (Power of Voice) session. That means you’ll wear wireless headphones and be guided through the class by your Glower (our certified instructor).
