Following the concept of hybrid landscapes, the research explores the interplay of rituals, bodies, knowledge, and virtuality in ecological contexts characterised by wounds and ruptures.
Based on an understanding of landscapes as repositories of temporalities, materialities, and histories, it seeks to uncover spatio-temporal connections between local and global events imprinted in landscapes. It questions the potential of performative and choreographic practices to serve as vehicles to reconnect with landscapes and create new myths interwoven with their temporal and spatial contexts.
Claudia Bosse is a choreographer and artist based in Stockholm and Vienna and leads the transdisciplinary formation theatrecombinat. More information about her work can be found at theatercombinat.com.
