SUS and SSIF welcomes all SUS members to free yoga classes at Frescati Sports Center! 🧘✨

One-hour vinyasa yoga class where movement, breathing and mindfulness are woven together to reduce stress and create balance. The class is suitable for all levels and guides you through a variety of yoga poses, with full focus on presence and body awareness.
