This is Flow & Glow PoV (Power of Voice), Sweden’s only dance workout with wireless headphones (and NO MIRRORS!).

We turn away from the mirrors, so you’re not focused on how it looks only on how it feels. You’ll be guided track-by-track by one of our amazing Glowers (our certified instructors) with their voice and the empowering music right in your ears.
