Join Flow & Glow in the gardens of Vinterviken for a dance workout that’s all about joy, empowering music and connection. No performance, no pressure.

💖 You’ll dance track by track to guided choreography, led by our amazing Glower (what we call our instructors).

🎧 With silent disco headphones, it’s just you, the music and the Glowers voice guiding you clear, calm and full of good energy.

It’s called Flow & Glow PoV (Power of Voice), a high-energy, heart-led dance workout that helps you move, release and glow from the inside out.
