What is One Dancing Heart?
A unique guided workshop where participants are invite to fully let go of their minds, to tap into a deeper sense of love, connection and trust…. A truly magical experience dancing to very inspiring music and using our bodies as a tool to feel, connect and create a beautiful flow of new energy in our lives.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
It is a free flow dance practice where dancers are able to move freely as they wish, the music is designed to bring you into a deep and powerful transcendental state of being.
Pablo Gascon ❤️🔥
Founder and creator of One Dancing Heart 💜 a method based on introversion and extroversion, human interaction, dance and healing. Several techniques are used involving various aspects of relating through meditation and human touch.
He has been touring the world for the past twenty years sharing his unique approach towards healing therapies using a powerful mix of yoga, dance, movement, body work, music, connection and meditation.
As a professional dancer and DJ, he has performed at many international festivals creating and spreading light and high vibes all around the world.
