Cucinare con amici – Gnocchi di zucca 27/10

An evening where cooking takes center stage – with the flavors of an Italian autumn.

We’ll start with a spread of antipasti, talk through ingredients, techniques, and a few kitchen secrets – then the aprons go on and it’s time to cook!

During this cooking class, you’ll learn how to make gnocchi di zucca – soft, handmade gnocchi made from oven-roasted pumpkin. We’ll cover how to choose the right type of pumpkin, balance the flavors, and shape each piece by hand. You’ll also learn how to make a butter-based sage or cheese sauce that pairs perfectly with the dish.
