Welcome to an evening that feels more like dinner at a friend’s home than a restaurant visit. A friend who just happens to cook like in Italy.
Cena con Amici (“dinner with friends”) is an evening concept where we gather around a shared table to eat well, meet new people, and enjoy the simple elegance of both flavors and company. You don’t have to cook – just sit back and let yourself be taken care of.
The chef is in the kitchen, only a few steps away. Pans are sizzling, and the air is filled with the scent of lemon zest and olive oil. You’re welcome to peek in, ask questions, or simply hang out with something nice in your glass.
Tonight’s menu:
• Anolini in brodo
Filled egg pasta from Parma, served in a rich meat broth. Our meat-filled version follows tradition, made with Prosciutto di Parma, salsiccia, and Parmigiano Reggiano – a flavorful, comforting dish with deep roots in the city’s Christmas table.
• Carne lessa in brodo con salse
Slow-cooked meat served in its own broth, accompanied by three classic sweet-and-sour vegetable sauces.
• Dessert: Zuppa Inglese
A classic dessert from Emilia-Romagna with a playful history – layers of savoiardi biscuits dipped in alkermes, combined with vanilla and chocolate cream. Colorful, nostalgic, and festive.
Vegetarian option:
Anolini in brodo (veg) – a vegetarian version of Parma’s classic anolini, filled with cheese and served in vegetable broth.
