All levels are welcome some experience in the ashtanga yoga practice (mysore) is required.
A three day workshop with introduction to Intermediate series (second serie) pranayama understanding the breath and more.
Kristina Kartinou has been teaching the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois since 1991 and is running the Ashtanga center ”The Practice Place” in Crete Greece.

12.00 – 14.30 Workshop: Introduction to Intermediate Series and Pranayama
Interesting for students in Primary Series and experiences students to get an introduction to Intermediate Series. Pranayama (breathing exercise) for all levels.
Sunday 19/10
8.00 – 10.30 Mysore class
12.00 – 14.30 Workshop Understanding the breath in Ashtanga yoga + QA + Meditation
Understand how to use the breath to facilitate/support your practice. Opportunity to ask questions and get wisdom from a teacher who has been teaching since 1991.
Finishing with a meditation session.
