Join Cristy Joy of Joyful Self Wellness and Rebecca Schmick of Rise Sound and Energy Therapy for a peaceful, heart-opening morning in nature.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving peace, this gentle, guided hike invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with nature, your breath, and yourself.
