Spark Creativity - Spark Joy! Workshop

Join Sparkie Lia 2pm-4.30pm on Saturday 6th December for this Spark Joy! Workshop to spark creativity, joy and connection!

Join Art Therapist Lia Parsons for this nourishing afternoon to explore gratitude and kindness techniques. Lia will guide you through a range of creative activities and self reflection to discover what sparks joy for you! There will also be opportunity for sharing and building connection with each other.

Spark is for anyone who is wanting more connection. Are you new to the area? Feeling lonely or isolated? Keen to connect more to self? Do you love creativity? You can be sure that you'll be welcomed warmly by our Sparkies who host Spark sessions.

We heard from our community that many people love art and connecting with creativity. Participating in art is a proven method of strengthening connections through nurturing our passions, providing a sense of purpose and as a pathway for self expression and collaboration.
