🧘♀️ 90-Min Yin Yoga Journey 🧘♂️
Join me for a practice designed to connect you to the grounding energy of the Earth element — a beautiful way to honour the transitional season of Late Summer.
This 90-minute Yin Yoga session is an invitation to pause, soften, and tune in. Using the support of props, we'll ease into longer-held postures that target the Yin tissues — ligaments, joints, and fascia — inviting deep release and enhanced flexibility.
