This is not a guided or instructor led walk. We will walk together and support one another. Everyone is responsible for their own health and safety. I am qualified in reiki and sound, I am NOT a qualified walk leader. That being said I have walked this route many times and am familiar with this walk. This walk is around 3 miles and requires a good level of fitness.
I invite you to join me on a walk up Dumyat from Menstrie followed by a session of reiki and a sound bath. Followed by a optional Cold Water dip at Menstrie Glen.
Be surrounded by the calming sounds and sights in nature, listen to the chirping of birds. Immerse yourself mindfully in the beauty of nature. Enjoy the peace of nature while you unwind, re-establish your breathing, and take in the healing energy all around you. As you enjoy reiki and a sound bath, allow your body and mind to relax and your inner calm be restored with each sound and breath.
Take some time for yourself to enjoy a deeply relaxing experience with like-minded individuals! All you have to do is lay down, unwind, receive reiki and allow the healing vibrations to enter your body.
