Come along and immerse yourself in an Elemental Harmony Sound Bath. We will embrace the sounds of Earth, Water, Fire and Air through the use of Gongs, Singing Bowls, Drums, Chimes and Voice.
Bring your Yoga Mat, Pillow and Blanket, or Bring a summer recliner Chair for extra comfort (becoming popular!). I can offer yoga mats for anyone who requires one, just ensure you let me know beforehand.
Feel free to bring a journal and pen if you wish to write anything down during or after the Sound Journey.
Doors open at 6.45pm and we will start at 7pm for an hour of Sound.
Open to anyone over 12years old (under 16years must be accompanied by an adult).
