Join us for our third annual long lunch with the team from Lost Phoenix Farm taking over the kitchen for our 2025 Winter Reds celebrations (don't worry, the sparklings will still be pouring!)

Your ticket includes a keepsake Riedel glass, a glass of wine on arrival plus three course lunch.

Loaded truffle and Adelaide Hills porcini mushroom arancini.

Slow fire-roasted Wagyu osso bucco ragu cooked in Ironbank Shiraz with San Marzano tomato, baby onions, creamy mash potato and a puff pastry top. Served with a table salad of winter sweet and bitter leaves, baslamic and salted ricotta.

Chocolat panna cotta with a port and red wine poached pear and dark almond praline.
