Dark Islands

Grab a boat, hire a helicopter, or swim if you must, but find a way to get off the dark and mysterious Scottish islands that are the setting for these three scintillating crime novels.
In The Final Truth, the third in Morag Pringle’s Rachel McKenzie series, a body found in a cemetery leads Rachel to the Outer Hebrides. Two sisters flee to an unnamed island sparking a horrifying series of events in Ronnie Turner’s bewitching debut Small Fires. A labyrinthine mansion on a secluded Hebridean isle is the moody setting for Chris Barkley’s first novel The Man on the Endless Stair.
