Our summer-long BBQ takeover series continues — and this one’s a serious treat.
Chef Sam Hill of the brilliant Koba-Ko is joining forces with our very own Chef Ted for an exclusive Japanese-inspired BBQ like no other. If you’ve ever been for Sam’s unforgettable ramen or small plates at his intimate King’s Heath restaurant (above Grace + James), you already know you’re in for something special.
Expect bold, fire-kissed flavours and refined technique from a self-taught chef who’s been obsessing over Japanese cuisine since 2008 — all cooked fresh in our outdoor garden kitchen.
