Summer Reading 2025

School is out this week so that means SUMMER READING is starting! During the summer kids need to continue learning to stop summer slide and the reading program helps you with that.

Register and be assigned a team, get a kit, and get to reading. Record the pages you read each day and then check-in whenever you have read more than 30 pages (but no more than once a week). Each visit you can spin the wheel for a prize. You also get a spin for a museum or park visit, or if you walk a block around the village! Stop in for more details and to get started!

The block begin at the library, heads down to Park Avenue, on to Lake Street, then Palmer Street, then School Street, and down Hudson Avenue back to the library.
