Intro to SomaYoga with Mudita Wellness
Join us for an introduction to SomaYoga! SomaYoga is a gentle yet powerful practice that combines functional movement and muscle re-education to bring comfort and freedom to your body. With slow, soft, and subtle movements, SomaYoga can be done standing, seated, or lying down, making it accessible to anyone and everyone. Discover how it can help relieve chronic pain, tension, and tightness, while enhancing mobility, balance, and strength.

This introductory class is FREE and OPEN TO ALL. Registration is encouraged to reserve your spot. Please call 651-439-7434.
