Astrology, Meditation, and Sound Experience

Join us for an evening of cosmic reflection and embodied restoration, where astrology becomes a lived experience — not just something we learn, but something we feel.

This session centers around a key astrological theme — drawn from the current sky, such as a new or full moon, a planetary shift, or a potent alignment. Melissa will offer a brief, intuitive overview of the energies at play and how they may be showing up in your inner and outer life.

From there, we’ll move into a guided meditation designed to help you connect with the emotional tone of the transits — creating space for clarity, release, or new insight. We may also engage in a simple ritual — like writing an intention, journaling a personal truth, or symbolically releasing something no longer needed — depending on the energy we’re working with. The session will close with a sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls, allowing the planetary energies and personal insights to settle into the body

This is a space for intuitive integration, soulful alignment, and quiet transformation. No astrology knowledge needed — just come as you are, ready to soften, receive, and reconnect.
