First Course
Welcome Reception
California roll, spicy tuna roll, shrimp tempura roll, garden roll, edamame, and pork dumplings
Second Course
Asian Salad
Spring mix, mandarin oranges, edamame, Malibu carrots, crispy fried wontons, and sweet onion glaze
Third Course
Sesame-Crusted Tuna
