Begginers Yoga Class

New Year brings on new beginnings, join me for a gentle introduction into the world of Yoga. Simple & powerful techniques to bring both physical & mental well-being to your daily routine.
I am offering a 4 week course which will give you a good grounding in what Yoga 🧘‍♂️ can offer you.
The cost is £5.00 per class.
Please be warned that I will need at least 4 responses to run the class.
No specialist equipment needed, loose comfortable clothing & a mat if you have one.
