Stories in Stone - Notable Local History

Historical Presentations given by military historian, Jeff Evans, local historian & genealogist, Flora L VerStraten-Merrin and archaeologist & naturalist, John Boiliegh.

Bring a lawn chair - meeting at the old stone bridge. Attendees will have the option, following the two presentations by Jeff and Flora, to take a short historical and nature based hike on the McCook trail with John.

The event will be supported by the Jefferson County Chapter, Ohio Genealogical Society and light snacks and water will be available for a donation. A table with local history and local author's will be set up to purchase various books.
