City Council & Ice Cream

Be an active member of our beautiful city by attending the Steubenville City Council meetings.

These meetings take place every Tuesday starting at 7:30pm. Afterwords, we walk over to Leonardo's for ice cream!

Come for city council and ice cream, or just ice cream! We arrive to Leo's for ice cream around 8:15-8:45pm, depending on whenever council gets out.
