Film Circuit at the Library--The Friend

Film Circuit at the Library is back! Join us for the dramedy "The Friend" starring Naomi Watts and Bill Murray on Monday, September 8 at 6:30 pm. Iris (Watts) finds her comfortable, solitary life thrown into disarray after her closest friend and mentor (Murray) dies suddenly and bequeaths her his beloved 150 lb. Great Dane, Apollo. After some initial trials, Iris finds herself bonding with Apollo and beginning to come to terms with her past, her lost friend, and her own creative inner life. Rated R

The popcorn will be hot and buttery and the drinks will be cold at our small concession. Donations are gratefully accepted.
