Meet the Instructor: Christy Hughes, RYT-200 and owner of The Rooted Soul Yoga + Wellness, has practiced yoga for over ten years and began teaching in 2023. Specializing in Beginner and Slow Flow Yoga, Christy skillfully modifies poses to accommodate
participants of all ages, ensuring a welcoming experience for everyone, regardless of their yoga background.
